Meet Nari 1, powered by Nily, the women-first intelligence

Nari 1, powered by Nily, the women-first intelligence.

You book everyone's appointments. Nari 1 is the one you book for yourself: a doctor-led women's health app for India, powered by Nily, the women-first intelligence.

Who takes care of you?

Everyone's taken care of. The children's school forms, your father's tablets, your mother-in-law's check-up, the deadline at work. You remember all of it. Somewhere near the bottom of that list is you: the tiredness that never quite lifts, the cycle that has changed, the low weeks you put down to a busy life.

You keep meaning to look into it, and something else always comes first. Nari 1 exists for exactly that moment. It starts with a conversation, not a form.

Head and hormones, together

Feeling low or anxious. Sleeping badly. Tiredness that never quite lifts. These rarely arrive alone, and they are easy to put down to a busy life.

Your cycle, your thyroid, PCOS or PCOD, having a baby and the years before menopause can all change your mood, your sleep and your energy. Nily, the women-first intelligence inside Nari 1, reads your mood, sleep, energy and cycle as one picture, and a Nari doctor makes every medical decision.

Nily, the women-first intelligence

Nily is the intelligence inside Nari 1, built around women from day one. Every day you answer a short check-in, and Nily turns it into your picture for the day: where you stand, which way you're moving and one step to take. When you want a person, a real one calls.

Nily reads your mood, sleep, energy and cycle together, so your head and hormones sit in one picture, read with a woman's life in mind: the cycle, the load, the late nights and the mornings that come too soon. Nily is not a doctor. Every medical decision comes from a Nari doctor.

A person calls you first

Nari 1 is doctor-led, and it is human from the first minute. This is what happens:

  1. A Nari health counsellor calls you. They listen, understand what's going on, and book you with a Nari doctor.
  2. A Nari doctor sees you. The doctor asks about your symptoms and prescribes the tests you need.
  3. Your counsellor follows up. They collect your reports, book the doctor again and make sure your tests get done.
  4. The doctor goes through your results and tells you what to do next.
  5. Your counsellor takes it forward with you, including counselling with a psychologist and the plan your doctor sets.

Your counsellor never gives medical advice. Every medical decision comes from a Nari doctor.

Why “Nari 1”?

Nari means woman. The 1 is you: the one person on your list who has been waiting the longest.

Women first is not a slogan we wrote for a poster. It is the order in which Nari 1 does things: your words before any label, a person before a screen, and a doctor for every medical decision.

Where to start today

If you want to understand what you have been feeling, our health guides are free to read. They explain the signs some women notice, what can help, and when to talk to someone. If tiredness is the thing you keep putting off, start with why you're always tired.

Nari 1 is not an emergency service. If you are thinking of harming yourself, or you are in danger, call 112 now. For free mental health support at any hour, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, a Government of India helpline.
