Refunds and cancellations

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy covers a Founding 1,000 spot (₹49) and a Wave 2 first call (₹499).

Our 48-hour promise (Founding 1,000)

A Nari health counsellor will call you within 48 hours of the app going live for you. If we don't call within 48 hours, your ₹49 comes back automatically.

What counts as "we called"

The 48 hours start at your first sign-in to the Nari 1 app once it opens. We have kept the promise when, inside those 48 hours, a call connects, or we make at least 2 call attempts at least 4 hours apart and send you a link to pick your own time. If you then book a later time, there is no refund. If we make fewer than 2 attempts, your ₹49 is refunded automatically. You don't need to ask.

Wave 2

Wave 2 has no 48-hour promise. A Nari health counsellor calls you at the earliest slot once the app is live for you.

How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. We send you a message when the refund starts.

When you always get your money back

Cancelling before your first call

If you cancel your reservation before your first call, your payment is not refunded. This applies to a founding spot and to Wave 2.

For a founding spot, our 48-hour promise still applies: if we don't call within 48 hours of the app going live for you, your ₹49 comes back automatically.

Once your first call has taken place

You can move a call to another time before it starts. A call that has taken place is not refunded.

Your Nari Plus months

Free months of Nari Plus (3 with a founding spot, 1 with Wave 2) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Later steps

The doctor, tests and other later steps are paid separately, under the terms shown before you pay for each. Nothing from your ₹49 or ₹499 is carried over to them.

How to ask

Write to admin@annotatory.com or call 9652889574 with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with "pay_").
