This notice covers nari1.com and your reservation (a Founding 1,000 spot or a Wave 2 first call). The Nari 1 app has its own privacy policy, which you see before you sign up in the app.

What this website collects
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking code. To show the founding count, your browser asks our server for the number; that request carries no personal details. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site and stop misuse.
What we receive when you reserve
The payment page is run by Razorpay. From it we receive your name, phone number and email, plus the payment ID, amount, time and status. We never receive your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
Why we use it
- to hold your reservation and, for a founding spot, give you your founding number;
- to link your reservation to your app account when you sign in with the same phone number;
- for a Nari health counsellor to call you;
- to send you service messages about your reservation, your call and any refund;
- to make refunds and keep the payment records the law requires.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process your payment and any refund;
- the companies that host our website and systems, only to run them for us;
- the Nari care team, to call you;
- authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a Nari 1 member, and after that only as long as the law requires us to keep payment and tax records.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, raise a grievance, and nominate someone to act for you. Erasure does not cover records the law requires us to keep.
