Terms for the Founding 1,000 and Wave 2

Who we are

Nari 1 is provided by Annotatory AI Projects Private Limited ("we", "us"), CIN U72900TG2021PTC155573, registered office 5th Floor, TRENDZ AVENUE, 19, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. Our brand is Nari – Women's Health & Wellness Platform. By reserving a founding spot or a Wave 2 first call you agree to these terms.

The Founding 1,000 offer

For ₹49, inclusive of applicable taxes, you reserve one Nari founding spot. It gives you:

• your first call with a Nari health counsellor (regular price ₹499);
• 3 months of Nari Plus free (regular price ₹399 a month);
• a founding number from 1 to 1,000, shown in the Nari 1 app.

The offer closes when founding number 1,000 is given. The count on nari1.com is the real number of spots taken.

Wave 2

Once founding number 1,000 is given, nari1.com offers Wave 2. For ₹499, inclusive of applicable taxes, you get:

• your first call with a Nari health counsellor, at its regular price;
• 1 month of Nari Plus free (regular price ₹399 a month).

Wave 2 has no founding number and no 48-hour promise. Any later wave is a new offer with its own terms.

Who can reserve

You must be 18 or older and live in India. The phone number you pay with is the one we link your reservation to.

Paying

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Your reservation is confirmed once Razorpay confirms the payment.

Your founding number (Founding 1,000 only)

• Numbers are given in the order payments are made, from 1 to 1,000.
• Your number is linked to the phone number you paid with. Sign in to the app with that number to see it.
• A number is personal. It cannot be sold or transferred, and it is never given out twice.

Your first call

The call is by phone and lasts about 30 minutes. "Going live for you" means your first sign-in to the Nari 1 app once it opens.

Founding 1,000: a Nari health counsellor will call you within 48 hours of the app going live for you. We count the promise as kept when, within those 48 hours, a call connects, or we make at least 2 call attempts at least 4 hours apart and send you a link to pick a time that suits you. If we don't, your ₹49 comes back automatically, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

Wave 2: a Nari health counsellor calls you at the earliest slot once the app is live for you.

If you cancel your reservation before your first call, your payment is not refunded. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.

Nari Plus

Your free months of Nari Plus (3 with a founding spot, 1 with Wave 2) are given as an App Store or Google Play offer when you first sign in to the app. The store's own terms apply to the subscription. After the free months, Nari Plus is ₹399 a month; your store shows the renewal date and lets you cancel before it.

What Nari 1 is, and is not

• Nari 1 is a wellness service led by doctors.
• A Nari health counsellor never gives medical advice, never names a condition and never suggests a medicine. Medical decisions come only from a Nari doctor.
• Nari 1 does not replace emergency care. In an emergency, call 112.
• The doctor, tests and other later steps are paid separately. You see each price before you choose, and nothing from your ₹49 or ₹499 is carried over to them.

Changes

We may change or end this offer for people who have not yet reserved. A change never takes away what you already reserved.

Our responsibility

We provide the reservation, the call and Nari Plus with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to put things right; our contact details and grievance officer are on the contact page.
